What Is It?
A recently developed term that's been used to describe Internet slots, in an effort to differentiate the mechanical machines from the virtual versions. Sim slots, which stands for simulation slots, is exactly what it appears to be, a simulation of the real slots. You may have heard of other simulation style computer games, such as sim-family, sim-city, sim-train and many other terms are being used online.
In some cases, players tend to separate sim slots from online slots by grouping every forms of virtual slot machine which attempts to realistically recreate the physical slot machine in front of you. This is a bit of a stretch. The only difference that is obvious is the look and feel and the graphic artwork. It could be said, on the other hand, that virtual slot machines which are programmed to pay back at standard Las Vegas level, and hit combo's on the same basis as real Vegas machines, are really the sim-slots of the world. It is very easy to find hacked old slot machine games on the Internet that bare very little resemblance to the real slot.
